  The State of Florida actually establishes most rules mandated to be used by condominiums. Why you may ask? To protect the residents, owners and renters. It's that simple.
  The Sanctuary at Key Largo is one the most unique communities in the Keys thanks to the vision of its developer. Where else can you find 24 acres with 38 units in the keys that has the primary mission to achieve the following:
  1. Security of the community and it's residents
  2. First class maintenance of all amenities and grounds
  3. Financial Stability of the Association
  
  In order to achieve these goals it takes an involved Board and community which we have.
  The "rules" are there to protect everyone's way of life. Those who are asked to follow them do so the day they move in. Everyone is treated equally.
  It amazes me that in a 38 resident community no one knows who Lauren Riley is. So Lauren if you have a beef with us for insuring our residents live in a community that treats everyone equally per the State of Florida Statutes, so be it.
  
  We welcome all residents, Owners and Renters, with one simple request, help us maintain the uniqueness of the community.
